Keith Butler

After graduating from University in Edinburgh with a BA (Hons) in Accountancy, Keith began his career in the financial services industry over 20 years ago. After working in the Royal Bank of Scotland’s head office in Edinburgh he made the move to The Independent Mortgage & Investment Advisors in Northern Ireland specialising in both investment and mortgage advice.

Keith moved to Singapore in 2011 as the place to build his long-term practice and advises his clients as a founding member of Synergy Wealth.

With all the prerequisite qualifications, he is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and continues to be internationally certified by the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments.

He strongly believes that the successful outcome of any financial plan is correlated to the strength of the adviser client relationship, based on loyalty and transparency and he has a genuine commitment and passion to help his clients fulfil their long-term goals.

He is focused too on his own long-term financial freedom and although practicing in Singapore has made Phuket his home where he owns both a condominium and land where in the coming years, he will build his dream villa with barby pit and evening g&t terrace.

Keith loves the outdoors whether it be on foot with his dog or on his mountain bike. He is also an ex-marathon runner due to two 40+-year-old dodgy knees.
